Supports Asset Recovery by processing monetary transactions, in a timely and accurate manner, which includes maintaining balanced general ledger and deposit accounts. Generates, reviews, and responds to various reports, Chexsystems updates, and SysAid ticket requests. Independently and consistently processes member transactions/requests in an efficient and accurate manner in accordance with established policies, procedures and Asset Recovery standards. Facilitates changes and improvements for the department and offers guidance to their coworkers to enhance member experience.
