The Barista will:
- Provide prompt and friendly service to customers
- Serve quality beverages and products from Choo Chews
- Maintain a clean and comfortable environment
- Fill in as Reception or Life Enrichment Assistant when needed
- Monday - Friday with the possibility of weekends
Requirements
The Barista Role Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Demonstrate a high standard of ethics
- Dependability
- Demonstrate excellent customer service
- Ability to build relationships
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous Customer Service and/or hospitality experience
- Barista experience is a plus
- Barista experience a plus
- Cash handling experience a plus
- Reliable and Prompt
- Weekend Availability
- Provide a physical/essential functions test or fit for duty physical,
- Provide prior employer references.
- Submit to a criminal/fingerprint background check that provides eligibility per LARA
