Responsibilities:

• Prepare sites for residential sewer line installations and replacements.
• Install sewer pipes, fittings, and connections according to code and project specifications.
• Backfill and compact soil after installation to restore the property.
• Locate and expose damaged or collapsed sewer lines for repair or replacement.
• Assist with spot repairs, relining, and complete line replacements.
• Follow all OSHA, company, and local safety guidelines during excavation and installation.
• Represent the company professionally with a positive attitude and strong customer service.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or on-call as needed.
• Experience in underground utilities, excavation, or general construction is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools (e.g., shovels, pipe wrenches, saws, jackhammers).
• Basic understanding of sewer systems, slope and grade, and trench safety.
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Able to dig, bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
