About This Role

As a Marketing Automation Specialist with a focus on HubSpot, you will be the operational owner of our marketing automation system, ensuring campaigns, workflows, and integrations are configured, executed, and optimized to drive measurable business outcomes. This includes building and managing campaigns, troubleshooting technical issues, and continuously optimizing HubSpot usage across Marketing and Sales.

While HubSpot will be the primary focus, this role will also support broader revenue operations initiatives, including data integrity projects, advanced reporting, and process automation that enhance lead management and customer lifecycle engagement

What You Will Be Doing

  • Act as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns.
  • Create, test, and launch email campaigns, landing pages, and forms.
  • Develop and maintain lead scoring models to support sales and marketing alignment.
  • Ensure HubSpot integrations with Salesforce and other platforms function correctly.
  • Troubleshoot automation errors, data sync issues, and campaign execution problems.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations for higher conversion.
  • Maintain data quality in HubSpot by managing duplicates, enrichment, and standardization.
  • Build dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
  • Analyze funnel performance and share insights to guide marketing and sales strategies.
  • Document workflows, campaign architecture, and processes for team adoption.
  • Train and support internal teams on HubSpot best practices and new features.
  • Collaborate with demand generation and product marketing teams on campaign launches.
  • Stay current on HubSpot product updates and marketing automation trends.
  • Support sales automation by building and maintaining Outreach sequences.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing automation, with deep HubSpot expertise
  • Proven success in building and optimizing marketing workflows, lead scoring, and nurture campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce (or similar CRMs) and third-party tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
  • Solid understanding of data management, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical processes for non-technical teams.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of marketing automation trends.
