HR Business Partner at Bastian Solutions

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our employee experience, driving performance, and aligning people strategies with business goals.

As an HRBP, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders in our Engineering divisions, helping to foster a culture of engagement, development, and accountability. You’ll partner across teams to deliver impactful HR programs, resolve employee concerns, and support our mission to build a workplace where people thrive.

What You’ll Do...

Strategic Partnership & Coaching

• Collaborate with business leaders as a thought partner and coach on leadership, team dynamics, and people strategy.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.

Employee Experience & Relations

• Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Champion a positive workplace culture by addressing concerns with empathy and fairness.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify hiring needs and support candidate selection.
• Own the onboarding experience, using data and feedback to continuously improve new hire integration.

Performance & Development

• Drive performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, and development planning.
• Support managers with performance improvement plans and coaching for underperforming team members.

Engagement & Retention

• Analyze engagement survey results and exit trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Compliance & HR Operations

• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and stay current on employment laws and trends.
• Leverage HRIS systems (ADP preferred) to manage data and support decision-making.

What You Bring...

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
• Proven ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
