M Club Attendant- Full time at Marriott International

Join the team at the beautifully appointed Marriott Orlando Downtown, located in the heart of Creative Village. Our full-service hotel features 297 guest rooms with skyline views, 15,992 sq. ft. of meeting space, an on-site Starbucks, Shade Bar and Grill, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool. We are currently seeking a friendly and detail-oriented M Club Attendant to enhance our guests’ dining experience in our exclusive M Club Lounge. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure tables are properly set with clean, sparkling tableware
• Support servers, hosts/hostesses, and managers throughout the dining experience
• Greet and seat guests in the absence of a host/hostess
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Deliver food and beverages to guests, ensuring correct placement
• Provide helpful and informed menu guidance to guests
• Refill water glasses and assist with clearing tables during service
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, floors, and side stations
• Stock side stations with silverware, glassware, napkins, and other essentials
• Complete end-of-shift side work and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment

Work Environment / Physical Demands:

• Standing during majority of shift
• Regularly required to lift, reach with hands and arms, use fingers (keyboard etc.) to handle or feel.
• Lifting requirements of up to 20 pounds.
• Use of the telephone (hearing & speaking)
• Working in café/kitchen on tiled flooring; kitchen conditions may be hot; floor may be slippery (appropriate footwear required)
• Direct contact with guests, managers and employees.
