Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and enhance decision-making through comprehensive data analysis. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in data interpretation, analysis, and presentation, collaborating with various teams to support our organization's data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to drive decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain SQL and Python queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, Superset, or Looker.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through robust data stewardship practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven strategies.
- Work on data pipeline tooling such as Spark, Nifi, Airflow, and Databricks.
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders with varying technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL with experience querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Strong skills in Python or R for analysis, automation, and data preparation.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, Superset, or Looker.
- Familiarity with data pipeline tooling, such as Spark, Nifi, Airflow, and Databricks.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets expertise for quick-turn reporting.
- Strong foundation in statistics, analytics, and critical thinking.
- Ability to clearly present findings to audiences of varying technical levels.
- Experience with data stewardship, governance, or compliance frameworks preferred.
- Background in healthcare, pharmacy, or another regulated industry is a plus.
