Job Summary
As a Quality Assurance – Wash Bay associate, you will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles to meet quality standards. This entry-level role provides opportunities to learn and support quality processes, including decal application, stock shipping loose items, and following inspection checklists to ensure each unit is customer ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform spray down, cleaning, and detailing of vehicles to established quality standards.
- Apply decals accurately to vehicles as required.
- Stock and organize loose items for completed builds.
- Follow inspection checklists to verify vehicle readiness.
- Report quality concerns and failures to supervisor for corrective action.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Learn and support additional quality assurance tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and detailing tasks.
- Previous experience in vehicle detailing, quality inspection, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
