Qualifications & Experience:๐ผ About the Role
As our Retail Supervisor, you'll be a front-line leader responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Retail Team. From maintaining safety standards to ensuring every guest walks away with a smile, you'll guide the team with energy, integrity, and a hands-on leadership style.
This role also includes Duty Manager shifts across all attraction departments โ offering variety and great exposure! ๐ข
โญ What You'll Be Doing
๐น Lead by example on the retail floor, inspiring your team with a positive, guest-first attitude
๐น Coach and develop the Retail Team to consistently deliver outstanding service
๐น Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training efforts
๐น Ensure high standards in cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising
๐น Collaborate with the Retail Manager on scheduling, labor budgeting, and inventory control
๐น Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
๐น Oversee daily operations and KPIs, reporting key performance metrics
๐น Participate in ordering, restocking, and managing incentive programs
๐น Encourage teamwork, creativity, and ownership within your team ๐
๐ What You'll Bring
โ๏ธ High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
โ๏ธ Minimum 2 yearsโ supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or attraction environments
โ๏ธ A proven track record of team leadership, customer service, and driving results
โ๏ธ Strong communication, people skills, and the ability to motivate others
โ๏ธ A solutions-focused mindset with a high level of accountability
โ๏ธ Comfort working with point-of-sale and inventory systems
๐ Other Important Bits
๐น Must be flexible with scheduling โ including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
๐น Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions
๐น Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the attraction for extended periods
๐น Willing and able to serve as Duty Manager during assigned shifts
