Join our dedicated team in a welcoming environment where your expertise can shine. Our privately owned Cardiology practice offers comprehensive cardiac care, including diagnostic, preventative, clinical, and rehabilitative services.  We are in an extensive growth phase offering a candidate the prospects of partnership and access to a successful practice with a Nuclear Testing Center, and a new Echo Suite. 

This position is ideal for someone looking for an opportunity to build their own practice and work alongside exceptional medical staff and sub-specialists.  This is a partnership track position, with the candidate inheriting a retiring partners full practice.  The person in this role will be afforded autonomy as you continue to build your practice, while being supported by the of collaboration of the team. 

Responsibilities will include all aspects of non-invasive cardiology.  This will include inpatient consultative cardiology as part of shared on-call and rounding responsibilities in Bryn Mawr Hospital, cardiology imaging interpretation for PET/CT stress tests, echocardiograms and TEE and all outpatient services as required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients with cardiovascular conditions.
  • Diagnose heart diseases and conditions through a combination of patient history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular diseases.
  • Educate patients and their families about heart health, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Keep accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
  • Stay updated on advancements in cardiology and participate in ongoing medical education and training.

 

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution, BC/BE required.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients and colleagues.
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying current with medical advancements.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
