Job Title:  Admin, Level 2

FLSA Status: Non-exempt                                                     

Reports to:   Store Manager (or similar position)

                                                                                     

POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for doing the paperwork, answering phones, greeting customers and some counter sales. This level may support 2 or more stores.

                

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides customers with knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt service while sensitive to their needs. 
  • A team player committed to continuous improvement. 
  • Adheres to and supports safe work practices and Commercial Tire’s safety guidelines and standards.
  • Answers the phone promptly and works with customers on counter sales. 
  • Greets customers as they come in. 
  • Light bookkeeping, data entry, end of days, enter tickets, mail, etc.
  • Shuttle and/or customer courtesy driver.
  • Assist with inventory.
  • Clean-up office and waiting area, coffee making, popcorn, and related. 
  • Product pick-up/delivery.
  • Actively participates in training and development opportunities. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
  • Quote prices (via computer) in response to customer requests. 
  • Notifies customer on special order follow-up.
  • Recommend additional preventative services to customers. 
  • Maintain a clean and neat work area. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS – Unless indicated otherwise, these are required.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • 2 years related experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record.

Regular attendance and punctuality are required and are an essential job function.
