As the Copywriter, Marketing you will be responsible for planning and writing copy that fulfills the goals of the Global Content & Sales Materials strategy. Reporting to the Content & Sales Materials leader, you will play a critical role in writing impactful multi-format copy that resonates and drives action across a variety of personas/segmentation.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic content plans that align with business goals, adapting as priorities evolve, and reporting on performance against KPIs like engagement, conversion, and brand impact

  • Own the global copy and messaging strategy, ensuring consistency across regions and channels, while enabling regional teams to localize and adapt narratives effectively

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing (Comms, Events, Growth, Design) and across the org (Product Marketing, Research & Insights, Sales) to craft cohesive, compelling stories that resonate across touchpoints

  • Lead the development of messaging frameworks and high-impact copy for key brand moments—product launches, integrated campaigns, and thought leadership content

  • Create scalable, repeatable content templates (e.g., campaign kits, email frameworks, landing pages) to support regional and sales-led marketing initiatives

  • Own and develop thought leadership content—from speaker scripts and abstracts to bylines and keynote narratives—in partnership with internal subject matter experts

  • Support editorial planning and execution in collaboration with Content leader, identifying themes, formats, and copy assets that support objectives

  • Drive strategic amplification of copy across web, email, and social channels in collaboration with Growth Marketing

  • Leverage feedback and performance data (e.g., A/B tests, content engagement, stakeholder input) to optimize copy strategy and creative output

  • Report on content performance and ROI, using insights to inform future messaging, positioning, and campaign strategies

What Is Expected

  • Strategic Alignment: Ability to present and gain alignment on messaging direction with senior leadership across Marketing and Sales

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and align stakeholders to gather input and approvals on copy assets as needed

  • Copy & Content Mastery: Deep experience writing and editing across formats (web, email, social, ads, editorial) and optimizing for clarity, voice, and action

  • Thought Leadership: Skilled at crafting executive-level content and positioning that reflects business priorities and resonates with high-level audiences

  • Editorial Judgment: Strong grasp of brand tone, storytelling, and editorial standards, with the ability to uphold quality across all content touchpoints

  • Budget & Resource Management: Comfortable working with content agencies, freelancers, and vendors, balancing quality with budget constraints

  • Project Management: Highly organized, able to manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and stakeholders across regions

  • Industry Expertise: Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B SaaS or AdTech, with a strong understanding of the buyer journey and competitive landscape

New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $69,300 - $118,800. Actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
