Clinical Operations Analyst, PRN at Piedmont Newnan Hospital

JOB PURPOSE:
The Clinical Operations Analyst is primarily responsible for the collection, maintenance, analysis, presentation, and distribution of clinical, business, financial, and operations data for Piedmont Healthcare’s Clinical Operations division and Nursing Enterprise home office. Develops dashboards and data solutions in conjunction with key Clinical Operations initiatives. Maintains strict confidentiality with all patient, employee and company information. Stays informed on new technologies and identifies opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and project management for the division. Conducts industry research, benchmarking, feasibility analysis, financial pro forma development, written and oral presentation and implementation assistance. Collaborates with key entity and department clinical and nursing leaders to drive operations improvement and efficiency. Plans, monitors, and directs multidisciplinary strategically important projects across Piedmont’s Clinical Operations division and Nursing Enterprise.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, healthcare administration, or a closely related field is required.
In lieu of degree, six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One (1) year of work experience with business intelligence tools and database platforms, preferably in a multi-entity healthcare provider environment, is required.
(If no degree, a total of seven (7) years of experience required).
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-wide complex projects required.
