We’re looking for an Insurance Service Supervisor to guide our entry-level team in the commercial division. You’ll be part mentor, part trainer, part efficiency ninja — helping new-to-insurance folks build confidence, grow their skills, and actually enjoy learning the ropes (yes, it can happen).
What you’ll do:
- Grow rookies into rising insurance rockstars.
- Teach processes without boring people to tears.
- Adapt your coaching to different learning styles (because one size doesn’t fit all).
- Embrace change like it’s your favorite coworker.
- Build relationships (internally and with third-party vendors).
- Find better, faster, smarter ways to get things done.
- Have the occasional tough convo with producers — and live to tell the tale.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of P&C insurance experience.
- A natural leader who loves mentoring (and can laugh while doing it).
- Tech-savvy, customer-service focused, and change-positive.
- Someone who can balance “supportive coach” with “gets things done”.
