Title: Senior Partner Marketing Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive our go-to-market strategy with strategic partners and elevate our partner ecosystem as a key growth lever. As a subject matter expert, you’ll own the end-to-end partner marketing strategy, collaborating closely with sales, product marketing, growth, and partner management teams to deliver impactful joint campaigns, events, and enablement programs. This role requires a highly experienced, strategic marketer who can work independently, manage complex multi-channel programs, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and coach more junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and lead comprehensive partner marketing strategies to drive revenue growth through joint campaigns, co-marketing programs, and partner-led events.
  • Build integrated multi-channel campaigns to increase partner-sourced pipeline and strengthen partner relationships.


Stakeholder & Partner Enablement

  • Collaborate with strategic partners to co-create value propositions, better-together messaging, and positioning tailored to different verticals and audiences.
  • Partner with sales, partner management, and product marketing to deliver effective enablement tools, playbooks, and thought-leadership content.


Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a connector across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Partner teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of joint go-to-market plans.
  • Influence decision-making and secure buy-in from stakeholders at multiple levels across the business.


Campaign Measurement & Optimization

  • Define KPIs and success metrics for partner marketing initiatives, ensuring results are measurable and aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor performance and continuously refine strategies to maximize ROI.


Leadership & Coaching

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in partner marketing, providing guidance to peers and coaching junior team members.
  • Actively contribute to scaling best practices, processes, and frameworks across the marketing organization.

 

About You

  • Proven Expertise: Recognized subject matter expert in partner marketing, with deep experience developing and scaling global partner marketing strategies.
  • Strategic & Analytical: Able to set vision and direction while diving into data to inform decision-making and drive measurable impact.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Skilled at working across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align priorities and achieve results.
  • Problem-Solver: Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder challenges, designing creative solutions that benefit multiple business areas.
  • Leadership Mindset: Experienced in coaching and mentoring others while managing large projects independently with limited oversight.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliances marketing, or a related B2B marketing discipline.
  • Proven success driving measurable pipeline impact through multi-channel partner programs.
  • Experience working with technology partners, system integrators, or channel ecosystems preferred.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign ROI and optimizing performance.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required; advanced degree preferred.

  • Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.
  • Experience in high-growth /pre-IPO Technology companies

The anticipated salary range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000 plus company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
