Come join our AMG Team as a Contracts & Procurement Specialist. We work with some of the most iconic liquor and beer brands in the U.S. 

Position Overview 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Contracts & Procurement Specialist to join our digital marketing agency. This role will be responsible for reviewing and managing client Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance, as well as supporting agency profitability by analyzing time, resources, and cost structures. In addition, this individual will oversee procurement efforts, including negotiating vendor contracts, managing vendor relationships, and making purchasing decisions to support agency operations. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Review, analyze, and validate client SOWs/contracts for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with agency policies and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (account, production, digital, creative, and promotion services) to ensure estimates/contracts reflect operational realities.
  • Standardize and maintain SOW templates and processes to improve consistency and reduce errors.
  • Analyze project scopes, timelines, and resources to develop accurate, profitable client estimates/contracts.
  • Lead procurement efforts, including sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating vendor agreements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and act as the primary liaison for contract terms and performance.
  • Oversee purchasing decisions and ensure cost-effectiveness in alignment with agency budgets.
  • Track, monitor, and report on contract accuracy, profitability, and vendor spend.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in SOW review, contract development, and procurement workflows.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in contract/SOW management, procurement, or operations (agency or professional services preferred).
  • Strong contract review, negotiation, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and with external partners.
  • Experience with project-based or agency work strongly preferred.

AMG is working in a hybrid style. We believe in the collaborative nature of face-to-face meetings but also believe that working from home a day or two a week is beneficial. We look forward to hearing from you!
