PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Travel Analyst to support an opportunity for our customer located in St. Inigoes, MD.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform full lifecycle project management.
Coordinate requirements through delivery in support of multiple CI&IDs projects.
Collaborates with Government Project Leads (GPLs) on cost, schedule, and performance management activities.
Provides Financial support to the Project Leads, BFM(s) and other CI&IDS organizational units by performing financial analyses to provide efficient allocation and effective utilization of financial resources, making recommendations for improving operations, systems, and reporting.
Supports and works directly with the Government Project Leads (GPLs) in the areas of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling.
Supports Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities, coordinates status meetings, and provides detailed reports.
Collects and analyzes data to support decision management.
Tracks and maintains project documents in SharePoint.
Develops cost estimates work breakdown structure (WBS) in MS Project/Excel.
Develop spend plans to estimate phased execution plans of anticipated project budgets.
Develop project structures in Navy ERP.
Reviews of incoming and outgoing funding documents.
Provides analysis of Navy ERP expenditures.
Provides weekly updates to Project Cost Reports.
Tracks project schedule updates and utilizes schedule data to inform spend plans.
Tracks project risks and mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
Less than three years’ experience and a bachelor’s degree or qualifying substitution listed below.
Secret Clearance. The candidate selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree. OR
Associates degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the applicable job functions may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. OR
HS Diploma plus six (6) years of additional work experience related to the applicable job functions may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
