Evening Head Custodian

Job Summary: Performs both building and ground maintenance to ensure safe and pleasant appearance of building and
grounds, as well as the supervision of property services staff engaged in the maintenance, repair and operation
of the assigned facilities and grounds.
 

Education and Experience:
¦ High School Diploma and/or equivalent and at least five years experience in boiler operations; and/or
any satisfactory combination of education/experience/training which demonstrates the knowledge,
skills, and abilities to perform the above described duties.
¦ Boiler license appropriate to the building and/or the ability to obtain licensure within one year (First
Class).

Wage/Benefits:  $24.96 per hour  + $1.00 shift differential – Full-time/year round position.
                               Full benefit package including: Health/Life/LTD insurance, vacation/holiday pay, public retirement plan, and more.

Hours: 2:00 pm - 12:00 am  (Monday - Friday)
