We’re looking for a Client Associate to join our trading and operations team to help lead the operational, account onboarding and servicing needs for UBS’ Corporate Cash Management Group.
You will:
• manage the client onboarding process by gathering the correct information and documentation required to open new accounts
• provide exceptional client service to clients
• represent your team by serving as the key point of contact for operations, compliance, and other stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner
• keep contact management systems up to date with client information
• provide daily operational support to clients, fielding calls and answering questions
Detailed salary information:
• Chicago: the salary range for this role is $58000 to $75000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team
The Corporate Cash Management Team located in our downtown Chicago office is part of Wealth Management Americas. Our team delivers separately managed, fixed income investment portfolios for corporate, institutional, and High Net Worth clients.
Your expertise
• ideally 2 or more years of experience working with high-net-worth clients and/or institutional clients
• highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• eager to learn, results oriented, a self-starter, motivated
• sense of urgency and purpose within an ever-changing environment
• previous experience in client service and/or operations within the financial services working in a fast-paced environment
• bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Series 7 and 66 licensed preferred, or the ability to obtain licenses once on boarded, sponsored by UBS. Must be completed 180 days of employment.
