Who we are

Round Lake Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, motivated, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive, welcoming experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage check-ins/check-outs
• Maintain accurate medical records and process payments

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy, team-oriented environment
• Previous veterinary or medical office experience is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
• A love for animals and a compassionate, patient attitude
