About the Team:
FIS is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Executive Technology Support team at our Jacksonville HQ. This role is critical to ensuring high-touch, white-glove technology support for senior executives and campus colleagues in a high-visibility environment. The Supervisor will oversee a team of nine, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of urgency, ownership, and proactive service.
What you be doing:
Leadership & Team Oversight
Lead and mentor a dedicated executive IT support team with strong technical and interpersonal skills.
Maintain low executive-to-support ratios and ensure ongoing training and development.
Build rapport and presence in executive areas to foster trust and responsiveness.
Operational Excellence
Standardize event support processes including pre-event tech checks and real-time assistance.
Oversee proactive device maintenance, backups, and upgrades for executive hardware.
Address infrastructure issues such as Wi-Fi and connectivity through policy and technical improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate closely with Executive Assistants (EAs) as first-line support and coordination partners.
Integrate executive impact into IT change management and communications.
Establish feedback loops and monitor support metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Risk Management & Reliability
Conduct technology reviews across domains (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, conferencing, media, etc.).
Ensure architecture standards, redundancy, and contingency plans are in place.
Provide robust exception handling tailored to executive needs.
What you bring:
Proven experience in IT support leadership, preferably in executive or high-touch environments.
Strong technical acumen across desktop, network, voice, and security domains.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing change.
