Essential Functions:  As a Full Time Senior Member Service Representative at People Driven Credit Union, you will be the friendly face that greets our valued members, setting the tone for exceptional service. Your role will encompass a variety of vital responsibilities, including handling teller transactions with precision and efficiency, as well as opening and closing accounts to meet our members' needs. You will have the opportunity to make meaningful connections by identifying and referring products and loan options that align with their financial goals. Your expertise will not only help members navigate their banking experience but also empower them to make informed decisions regarding their finances, all while fostering a welcoming environment where they feel valued and respected.

  • Provide a warm, inclusive environment by greeting each member and welcoming them to PDCU.
  • Process transactions for members accurately and quickly while meeting regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Answer basic and complex inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies.
  • Identify how to make financial services more convenient for members by finding the right solutions for members and recommending additional products and services and special promotions.

Job Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • 1 year experience as a Member Service Rep/Teller in a full service financial institution is required.

*Must be able to pass Background and Drug screening.
