• Job Summary
  We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization at the bar.

   
  Key Responsibilities
  • Beverage Preparation:

    Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and guest preferences.

     
  • Customer Service:

    Greet guests warmly, assess their needs, and make recommendations to enhance their experience.

     
  • Bar Operations:

    Manage and restock bar inventory, ensuring all necessary supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, and garnishes, are readily available.

     
  • POS & Transactions:

    Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for order entry and process cash, credit, and debit card transactions.

     
  • Safety & Hygiene:

    Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.

     
  • ID Verification:

    Check identification to verify legal drinking age for all customers.

     
  • Team Collaboration:

    Work effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

     
  • Opening & Closing:

    Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, inventory checks, cash handling, and closing procedures.

     
  Requirements & Skills
  • Proven experience working as a bartender in a busy environment.
     
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and different types of alcohol.
     
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective guest interaction.
     
  • Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and handle a high volume of orders.
     
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
     
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling.
     
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
     
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • TIPS Training certification.
