Job Responsibilities:
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
- Drain oil from crankcase and replace oil and air filters.
- Perform MultiPoint Inspection and reports findings, including tire pressure and lubricating moving parts.
- Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
- Document all work performed on the repair order.
- Ensure that customer cars and shop are neat and clean - report any customer changes.
- Maintain dealership-owned tools and manuals. Return them to the proper place and in the same condition as when they were received.
- Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc. Complete required trainings as necessary.
- Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
- Report any safety issues immediately to management
- Other tasks as assigned.
Pay starting at $17 per hour, depending on experience - additional spiffs and bonuses available!
Job Requirements:
- Mechanical knowledge required
- Dealership experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Detail oriented individual
