SENIOR ALL-SOURCE INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
Location: Washington, D.C. | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCI

Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a highly skilled All-Source Intelligence Analyst (Senior) to support DHS I&A Cyber Intelligence Center mission requirements. In this role, you will research, analyze, and draft all-source intelligence assessments and briefings on cyber threats to U.S. critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and draft intelligence assessments, reports, and briefs on cyber threats to U.S. critical infrastructure.
• Prepare products aligned with ICD 203 (Analytic Tradecraft) and ICD 206 (Sourcing).
• Deliver oral briefings and maintain situational awareness of threat streams and geopolitical developments.
• Support strategic planning, milestone tracking, and outreach to DHS, federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and private-sector stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with DHS Suitability.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field (Intelligence, National Security, Homeland Security, Computer Science, etc.).
• At least 8 years of intelligence services contract/task order experience.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence analysis using multiple INTs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver under pressure.

Desired Qualifications

• Prior DHS or IC experience.
• Supervisory/leadership experience at higher analyst levels.
• Experience directing intelligence operations and cyber threat production.
• Familiarity with DHS missions, I&A intelligence research processes, and the FSLTT environment.

Additional Details
Travel: Up to 10% (CONUS/OCONUS as required).
Work Environment: On-site / SCIF-based.
