Rockwell Care Services is seeking an experienced Support Staff Member to fill in on an AS NEEDED basis. The successful candidate would be someone willing to fill in on various shifts (Days/Nights/weekends etc.). This position allows you to fill in as much or as little as needed and is a great way to supplement employment from another job.
Benefits:
- $20/hour
- Mileage reimbursement: Yes
- Time and half: Any hours over 40

Qualifications:
- Must be someone with a positive 'can do' attitude. & Willing to help-out whenever and however needed.
- Must be a Rockwell Care team player. Helping to foster an enjoyable work environment.
- Compassionate, reliable and provide excellent care
- High school graduate or G.E.D
- 3+ years of direct experience caring for others
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Have good judgment and able to handle crisis situations
- Possess a valid driver's license, and have use of an insured automobile
- At least 18 years of age
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Companionship
- Meal Preparation
- Housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- General assistance around their home
- Running errands with the individuals
- Engaging in activities like games, memory books, and light exercise
- Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing & grooming)
- Assist in developing life skills by following program guidelines
- Your main job is to create opportunities for the individuals to increase their quality of life.
