- Greet and assist patrons in a courteous and professional manner, helping to create a positive and memorable experience.
- Direct guests to appropriate seating. Monitor theater entrances, aisles, and exits to ensure patron safety and compliance with venue policies.
- Provide accurate information about the performance, facilities, and emergency procedures as needed.
- Assist with lobby setup and breakdown under the direction of the House Manager.
- Remain attentive and responsive to patron needs and venue requirements throughout the event.
- Support crowd control and manage audience flow before, during, and after performances.
