Product Designer at Fospha

The Role

At Fospha, this Product Designer will sit at the heart of our Product teams, working side-by-side with Product Managers, Engineers and Customer Success. You’ll own the design process end-to-end — from exploring problems and shaping ideas, to creating high-fidelity designs and seeing them through to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily within Product teams to understand user needs, define requirements, and ship impactful solutions.
• Conduct and participate in usability testing sessions with Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring your designs are intuitive and effective.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate ideas, and develop a deep understanding of their workflows and challenges.
• Embrace new technologies, including AI tools, to enhance your design workflow and explore innovative solutions.
• Contribute to our design system, a custom version of Shopify's Polaris, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across our platform.
• Think commercially, connecting design choices to key performance indicators and business objectives.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Champion a user-centric mindset across the entire product and engineering organization.

About you

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, ideally at mid-level.
• A portfolio that shows strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and end-to-end design craft.
• Confident in Figma, with the ability to bring ideas to life quickly.
• Energised by collaboration and working closely with cross-functional teams.
• A clear communicator, comfortable discussing design decisions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commercially minded — able to balance user needs with business goals and outcomes

Working location

The Fospha UK team is based at the Scale Space tech campus in West London - where you can partake in a full social calendar of community events & classes. While we take pride in offering flexibility—accommodating working hours and personal circumstances—our team members spend 4 days a week in the office to maximize opportunities for learning and collaboration.
