Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys taking ownership and keeping systems running smoothly? Vines Group, a prestigious BMW franchise retailer, is looking for a Senior IT Technical Support professional to join our small, agile IT team of three, supporting approximately 280 users across three sites.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide friendly, efficient first and second line IT support for ~280 users.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and third-party software.
  • Monitor and resolve issues via PRTG monitoring, manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Defender, and Intune.
  • Configure and maintain Meraki networks, WiFi, routers, switches, and Hyper-V servers including failover clustering.
  • Support IT projects, upgrades, and improvements alongside the IT Manager.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and well-organised IT environment while delivering excellent user experience.

About You:

  • Experienced in Windows OS, Office 365, server environments, and networking.
  • Calm under pressure, able to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communicator who enjoys helping people and solving problems.
  • Passionate about technology and continuous learning.
  • Flexible and willing to occasionally work outside standard hours for projects or incidents.
Desirable:
  • CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 modules including Intune, Exchange, and Defender
  • Full UK driving licence
