- Support the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of asset data systems to ensure they meet organisational needs and remain effective
- Assist in system upgrades, integrations, and migrations to improve functionality and data efficiency
- Maintain a well-organised and accurate asset data library, upholding high standards of data integrity, structure, and documentation
- Contribute to the development of analytics frameworks and tools to generate clear, actionable insights that support strategic asset management
- Produce accurate and compliant reports aligned with the Decent Homes Standard (DHS), HHSRS, and other regulatory and investment planning requirements
- Monitor and promote compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies, identifying and recommending improvements where necessary
- Work closely with internal departments across the organisation, including Finance, IT, Housing Services, and Development, to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with operational priorities
- Engage with a range of external stakeholders such as customers, statutory authorities, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to support data quality and transparency
- Foster effective cross-functional relationships, contributing to a high-performance team environment and collaborating with the Asset Data and Systems Manager to deliver shared objectives
- Represent the department and A2Dominion positively with all external contacts, upholding the organisation’s values and commitment to excellent customer service
- Promote and ensure compliance with health and safety, equality and diversity, and all organisational policies and procedures
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, or demonstrate relevant experience in data management or a related discipline
- Basic understanding of asset management software, databases, and information management frameworks
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to create actionable insights and visual reports
- Technical expertise in asset management systems and database management, including working with cloud and on-premises data systems would be desirable
- Strong skills in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of asset data, including data validation, cleansing, and transformation
- Familiarity with compliance standards and ensuring asset data systems align with regulatory requirements
- Awareness of key regulatory frameworks such as the Decent Homes Standard (DHS) and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS)
- Effective communication skills to work closely with internal teams and stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex asset data into actionable insights for decision-making
- Experience supporting data system projects, including system upgrades, migrations, or integrations to enhance data capabilities and efficiency would be desirable
- High attention to detail when working with large datasets to ensure accuracy, data quality, and timely reporting would be desirable
- Ability to identify, address, and resolve risks or issues related to asset data systems to ensure smooth operation would be desirable
