This is a critical role for an individual who can proactively drive intricate schedules and ensure seamless operations across all internal streams, from fabrication to logistics. This role is for a highly accountable and proactive professional who thrives on orchestrating complex operations. You'll serve as the central hub for all project scheduling and logistics, taking full ownership of project timelines from inception to completion. We're looking for someone who isn't just a meticulous planner but a confident problem-solver who can proactively navigate our unique "outside the box" projects. You will be the strategic link that ensures our dynamic teams in design, engineering, and fabrication are always in sync.

The role:

  • Own and manage end-to-end project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed timelines that accurately reflect project scope and progress
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all scheduling conflicts, using your expertise to resolve issues independently. For more complex challenges, you'll provide clear, concise briefings to leadership with proposed solution
  • Recognize inefficiencies within our system and provide insights for maintaining functionality and high-level service as our company continues to grow
  • Conduct regular status meetings with cross-functional teams such as design, engineering, fabrication and supply chain to review progress, anticipate potential roadblocks, and adjust schedules as needed. Your insights will be crucial in ensuring a seamless flow of operations
  • Maintain meticulous records within our project management software, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. You will use this data to inform your decisions and generate actionable insights
  • Oversee all project-related financial tasks, including accurate and timely invoice processing and accounts receivable tracking
  • Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time, maintaining organized records of financial documents.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management or high-level operations role
  • Experience in the manufacturing, design or construction industry is a significant plus
  • Advanced proficiency in enterprise level project management software (ex. Smartsheet, Jira) is essential
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, personalities, and moving pieces
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping, particularly with financial data
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • A strong understanding of the construction industry, including construction materials and site work, is highly desirable

You’d be a great fit if you:

  • Own the Outcome
You take full ownership of project schedules, proactively resolving conflicts and making strategic decisions to keep all operations flowing seamlessly
  • Thrive on Complexity
You are a confident problem-solver who can navigate the unique challenges of non-traditional projects and manage multiple deadlines, personalities, and moving parts
  • Are a Proactive Communicator
You are not shy about taking initiative. You excel at communicating across all departments to ensure everyone is aligned and informed, making sure no detail is missed
  • Are Assertive
You aren’t afraid to flag improper or inadequate information to maintain our high standards.
