REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• A degree in a related field (Software Engineering, Computer Science) 

Preference will be given to applicants who have:  

• Proficiency in modern server-side development, particularly with ASP.NET Core (C#) and PHP 8+, including experience building secure, scalable web applications and RESTful APIs. 
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online, including Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for workflow automation and integration
• Front-end development expertise, especially with React, and familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive design principles
• Strong SQL development skills, with hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2019+, including query optimisation, stored procedures, and data integrity practices 
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools, with a solid understanding of branching strategies and collaborative workflows 
• Exposure to ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with an understanding of financial workflows and data integration
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools, especially Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modelling, and integration with enterprise systems 
• Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working across departments and with external partners
• Ability to work independently and within agile, cross-functional teams, managing priorities and delivering results in a dynamic environment 
• Relevant experience in educational or public sector IT environments, with a track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• As per Collective Agreement.
• 8.0 hrs/day
• To begin a.s.a.p.
• Salary range -$38.21 - $46.10 per hour
