Personal Carer | Blue Care | Warana Beachwood Aged Care Facility
Employment Status: Permanent Part time positions offering a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight
Remuneration: $32.08 p/hr + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances + Employee discounts

About the Role:
Once a fully qualified Personal Carer you’ll provide care to your clients living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include:
Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at mealtimes and general mobility
Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
While completing your certificate you will undertake these same duties, with the guidance of a qualified Personal Carer.
Role requirements:
Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
Full right to work in Australia
