Job Description:

This position will be in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Mountain View or Sunnyvale, depending upon which location the applicant chosen for the role is currently residing.

The Senior Associate, GTM Systems and Tools will contribute to the roadmap for LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS) and LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS), ensuring initiatives are aligned with business objectives and integrated seamlessly with existing systems. This role will focus on supporting core Sales and Sales Operations processes—including forecasting, territory planning, and workflow automation—as well as partnering with cross-functional teams such as Deal Desk, Pricing, and Sales Compensation to identify opportunities for case management improvements and automation, ensure offers are accurately reflected in systems, and support precise and timely pay.

The Senior Associate will manage project timelines, develop and maintain program delivery standards, and create clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to guide execution. Acting as the voice of the business, this individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including engineering, enablement, and end users—to support timely and successful delivery of solutions.

Qualified candidates will bring experience in program or product management within fast-paced environments, with demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical to working effectively across organizational boundaries and balancing input from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to stay up to date on advancements in Sales tools, Power Platform, and related technologies, ensuring that solutions remain innovative and scalable.

Responsibilities: 

  • Contribute to the roadmap for the LinkedIn Sales Solutions and LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LSS/LTS) organizations
  • Manage project timelines and develop and maintain program delivery standards
  • Develop Business Requirements Documents 
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and integrate seamlessly with existing systems​
  • Serve as the voice of the business and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, enablement) to ensure timely and successful delivery​
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Sales tools, Power Platforms, and related technologies​
Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, Business, Engineering or other quantitative fields, OR equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in either product management, program management, digital transformation, or business analysis in a Sales, Go-to-Market, or Sales Operations function

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Master’s degree or Advanced Degree in related field
  • Experience creating and managing business requirements gathering process. 
  • Experience in 1 or more programming languages (e.g., SQL, PowerFX,  Python)​
  • Experience presenting data or other technical concepts to mid-senior stakeholders 
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills

The pay range for this role is $105,000 to $170,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
