We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Seasonal Property Inspector to support ongoing property-related projects during our busy season. This role is primarily field-based and requires someone who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. You'll play a key role in conducting inventory assessments, identifying minor maintenance needs, and supporting project deadlines across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to various properties in the field (must have reliable transportation)
Work independently and follow specific directions with little oversight
Conduct detailed inventory of home items and accurately record condition reports
Identify and report minor maintenance issues
Assist with soft and hard surface assessments (e.g., furniture, décor, surfaces) for upgrades or replacements
Communicate findings clearly with supervisors through written and verbal updates
Manage time effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently in the field
Comfortable identifying furniture, fixtures, and equipment that need replacement or repair
Capable of following structured procedures and documenting findings
Previous experience with property maintenance, inventory, or project work is a plus
Additional Information:
(possibly) flexible day shifts available (business operates 7 days/week)
Seasonal role, approximately 5 months in duration
Compensation: $20–$21/hour
