Compensation:
Salary Range(Grade E/571): $87,951 - $113,486
Responsibilities:
This position oversees the planning and coordination of the Climate Resilience and Sustainability capital program for Subways to safeguard NYCT system against climate change-related threats. Responsibilities include subway needs assessment and analysis; communicating and advocating subway needs to internal and external stakeholders, including planning, development, delivery, MTA, and FTA; managing acceptance and close-out of resiliency projects; resolving project-specific issues, including all funding and budget needs. Serves as the principal representative/liaison for the Department of Subways (DOS). Manages one analyst supporting these functions. Identifies and leads assessments of future resiliency investment needs for DOS.
Education and Experience:
Degree Required: Baccalaureate in Environmental Engineering, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field, and Six (6) years' full-time related experience and, Four (4) year of Managerial or Supervisory experience.

A satisfactory combination of Education and Experience.

Selection Method:
Based on evaluation of education, skills,experience,and interview.
All appointments,with the exception ofthe Department of Subways employees on MABSTOA payroll, will be made on the NYCT payroll.
