Join us as a Clinician in our Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (A-CCS) and help guide our team in providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to individuals in crisis.
What You’ll Do:
As the Clinician for the CCS/Respite program, you will lead the day-to-day clinical and operational oversight of a short-term, intensive crisis stabilization program. You’ll supervise a team of dedicated staff, facilitate treatment planning, conduct assessments, and ensure that services meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides high quality community-based care to all individuals served
Triages workflow for site, attending to daily schedule.
Develops and documents comprehensive assessment, IAP, Safety plan, including risk
assessment, diagnosis, mental status, social functioning, utilizing evidence-based tools
such as Columbia scale, Arizona, and Cage, interacting with providers and significant
others to assess individual’s needs and current situation.Determines and implements treatment and referral response, based on assessment, using
the least restrictive alternative.Completes paperwork in a clear, timely manner in order to document assessment,
progress, and disposition results.Facilitates psycho-educational and recovery groups appropriate for A-CCS program.
Participate or conducts daily case meetings for treatment and disposition planning with
program staff and collateral providers.Writes discharge summaries and develops individual's discharge plans
Oversees treatment planning for individuals served during shift.

Who You Are:
Master’s Degree in clinical program required
Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts (strongly preferred)
Experience with crisis or inpatient experience preferred
Experience with a variety of treatment approaches for various behavioral health issues
Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage high-acuity cases with professionalism and collaboration
Possesses knowledge and motivation to work with a behavioral health population
