 We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and experienced bartender to join our team in Sunrise, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences through top-quality drink preparation, outstanding customer service, and a welcoming personality. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness, accuracy, and compliance with Florida alcohol laws. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with recipes and customer preferences
   
• Engage with guests in a professional, friendly manner
   
• Verify age of customers to ensure legal consumption of alcohol (21+)
   
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area, glassware, and equipment
   
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
   
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate tabs
   
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
   
• Comply with all state and local alcohol service laws and regulations
   
• Monitor intoxication levels and take appropriate actions if necessary
   
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
   
• Participate in opening and closing duties as required
   

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 18 years (Florida law allows bartending at 18+)
   
• Previous bartending experience preferred
   
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Florida Responsible Vendor Training Certification (e.g., TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol)
   
• Knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving etiquette
   
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
   
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
   
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
   
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for long periods
