Our Clean Mobility Division is looking for a year-round Engineering Intern for its location in Columbus, Indiana.
Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Our Clean Mobility Division is looking for a DFM&A Engineering Intern for its manufacturing facility in Columbus, IN to consistently develop and grow in all aspects of Engineering within the Development area. Intern should be expected to learn, participate in critical tasks, assigned projects, and conduct regular job duties of employees to truly understand the business and process.
This job will require you to
- Manufacturing Process
- Participate to the IDW = Industrial Design Workshop
- Manage tool concept and ensure datum consistency between the process steps
- Propose improvements in the process as per the result of tolerance analysis/torch access to maximize the capability
- Participate actively to the cardboard workshop
- Write the tooling specification/Concept
Your profile and competencies to succeed
To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:
- EDUCATION: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field
- BASIC: Engineering fundamentals
- SKILLS: Strong communication (verbal and written) as well as problem solving.
- Computer Skills
