Location: Hybrid Columbus, Akron, Toledo
- Support and monitor the Azure and on-premises infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and capacity of all infrastructure-related technologies
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks
- Utilize ZERTO for disaster recovery and data replication
- Manage and maintain storage solutions and data protection using PURE, Cohesity, HP and Synology technologies
- Assist in Azure migration projects, migrating existing applications and workloads to the Azure environment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with existing systems to identify and resolve problems
- Design, build, test, and deploy new computer systems based on standards in the offices and datacenter locations. (e.g. Microsoft Intune, System Center, Windows Imaging Tools)
- Maintain and updating existing computer networks and adding new features as needed
- Coordinate with others for projects or maintenance involving multiple departments within the organization
- Test new or revised hardware and software solutions to ensure it performs as expected
- Develop and document processes and procedures to reduce the number of reoccurring system issues
- Function as second level support, including on-call after-hours, holiday and weekend support as needed. Answer support calls and e-mail addressed to the helpdesk and support end-users with general IT software support issues to the extent possible, including escalation of problems to outside vendor or consulting support as appropriate
- Present proposals for improvements to the end-users along with middle and upper Management level
- Implement system interfaces among the different applications
- Work with users and develop relationships to understand requirements, value, prioritization, and acceptance criteria

Education
- Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent training/experience
Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in systems administration, cloud computing, or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of network, storage, and compute virtualization technologies
- Understanding of Hardware, Microsoft Server OS, VMWARE, Cohesity, Pure Storage, APC, Eaton
- In-depth knowledge of networking principles, design, and configuration of Microsoft servers
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, SNMP, WMI, Microsoft Azure and O365
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS and DFS, DHCP, and other network services, as well as GPOs
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktops, configuration, monitoring, and management
- Experience with Network printing, Power Shell scripting and BC/DR practices
- Experience with SSO and MFA technologies and an understanding of MPLS and SDWAN technologies
- Project Management skills are a plus
