Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Technical Consultant to provide ongoing support for integrations, reports, and new module implementations. The role involves hands-on development using Oracle Fusion HCM tools such as HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI, Fast Formulas, and HCM Workflows. The consultant will design, build, and support complex integrations, ensure system performance, and contribute to future module rollouts while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, reports, and related artifacts for Core HR, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and Helpdesk.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Design and build integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, REST APIs, and BIP Reports.
• Develop and support extensions, workflows, Fast Formulas, and customizations/personalizations using HCM Design Studio, Page/Application Composer, and Visual Builder Studio.
• Create and optimize ad-hoc BIP/OTBI reporting solutions for complex business queries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects.
• Provide ongoing support and engage Oracle Support as needed for issue resolution.
• Oversee testing of patches, upgrades, configurations, and workflows.
• Manage quarterly patch impact analysis for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Support system integrations with other enterprise platforms and third-party tools.
• Document system configurations, solutions, and best practices.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across multiple modules.
• Strong expertise with HCM tools: HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, REST APIs, Workflows, Page & Application Composers, and Visual Builder Studio.
• Proven ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and experience in cloud computing (SaaS, PaaS).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HCM Cloud Security.
• Knowledge of Oracle BICC Extracts and PVOs.
• Hands-on experience integrating HCM Cloud with OIC.
• Experience with Redwood UI and Oracle Visual Builder Studio.
• Functional expertise in Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor modules.
