Quoting Specialist at Helios Commercial Service Partners

The Quoting Specialist will work within the Quoting and Billing team to verify parts pricing and availability.

Job Duties: 

• Review service call job card information to prepare accurate detailed quotes
• Work within specific time constraints pursuant to customer agreements (from time of receipt of paperwork to quoting to completion of job)
• Enter unit model and serial number information into system to update internal system with most current asset information
• Be able to multitask various assignments during the same day

Prior experience in dealing with parts/inventory in the HVAC industry

DAS compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $19/hour in our lowest geographic market up to $22/hour in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. AMS's compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
