Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Administrator (12 month contract which could extend) to support our Middle Eastern clients gas project in the Reading office on a full-time basis. The role will be a contract position supporting the Project staff approval process between Wood and the client support to the day to day operations on the project.
Responsibilities
- Administration of client personnel approval process on a project
- Maintaining approval logs including bill rate schedules
- Assisting with maintaining system rosters in line with client / internal approvals
- Creation and updates of organisation charts
- Entering and maintaining accurate data on personnel tracker
- Handling of confidential CVs and Salary data
- Managing client requests and clarifications and liaising with Disciplines
- Assistance in the administration of Expense prior approvals
Qualifications
- Fully conversant with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Admin experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Previous experience working in project team environment
