We are looking for motivated working students in the field of change management who are interested in supporting us in exciting projects related to digital transformation and change initiatives. Together, we work on the successful introduction of new technologies – with a focus on the people who work with them.
As part of our team, you will gain insights into the design and implementation of change strategies, assist in the creation of communication and training concepts, and participate in the development of innovative formats for user activation. Your personal development is just as important to us as that of our customers.

Your profile:

• Current studies in economics, psychology, communication sciences, (business) information technology, or a comparable qualification
• Interest in topics such as change management, digital transformation, and organizational development
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a good understanding of people
• Independent and structured way of working as well as the ability to work in a team
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Willingness to learn and motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics
