You bring 8 to 10 years of experience in commercial or corporate law, with a strong track record in negotiating and drafting contracts. Experience in the mining, oil %26amp; gas, or construction sectors is preferred. You are well-organized, able to work under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills in English; French is a strong asset.
