Job Description:The Marketing Insights and Leads Analyst is a pivotal new role within the Operations and Enablement Team, supporting the Sales and Marketing functions within the Careers and Industry Division of Navitas.
This includes ACAP University College, SAE University College, Charles Sturt University – Sydney and Melbourne Campuses, and any other current or future business unit within the Division.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making within the team and business
- Collaborate with Growth and Campaigns teams to develop marketing, communication, and activity plans that elevate the brand profile, boost awareness, and drive audience engagement and lead generation for new courses and initiatives
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize online marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with student recruitment teams to develop sales enablement materials and support their efforts in promoting new and existing courses
- Partner with product development teams to align marketing strategies with roadmaps and timelines
- Lead and support marketing insights projects from inception through to execution and review, ensuring delivery on time and within scope
The role is designed to harness market and pipeline behavioural data to inform strategy, increase organisational insight, and drive performance. The focus is on creating a highly quantitative approach to measurement and performance metrics that underpin the lead funnel and student recruitment pipeline.
Qualifications:Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education industry.
- Experience with business intelligence, data analytics and visualisation tools
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, including market research, segmentation, positioning, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven analytics that improve marketing performance, reporting, and decision-making.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for content analysis, forecasting, and workflow efficiencies.
