Commis Chef | Jimmy's Falafel (Sydney CBD, NSW, AU, 2000) at Merivale

The Venue 

Jimmy’s Falafel, is the ultimate twist on a traditional Lebanese eatery, with a menu inspired by all corners of the middle east, including Egypt, Israel and Lebanon. It's a place to hang out, share plates and chat ‘til late. Located next to Bar Totti’s and MuMu, our menu by Executive Chef, Simon Zalloua, features our signature Jimmy’s famous lamb, fresh mezze plates, skewers straight off the Hibachi grill, and a delicious late-night offering. 

The Role 

We are on the lookout for a talented full-time Commis or Demi Chef to join the team. If you have the following experience and attributes, we would like to talk to you: 

• 1-2 years’ experience in relevant position with good grill experience. 

• Organised, professional and can work well under pressure. 

• Knowledge around Middle Eastern cuisine beneficial but not essential. 

• A passion for food, flavour and guest experience. 

• Experience in a fast paced, high volume venue restaurant or pub
