  • Work with Australia’s most iconic brands

  • Opportunity to expand your supply chain skillset

  • Learn from experienced supply chain professionals

  • Hybrid role - WFH, Docklands, and Hawthorn East

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Vendor Replenishment Planner (VRP) to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the key link between Bega Group and our major customers, ensuring optimal stock levels, seamless communication, and efficient supply chain operations. You’ll manage replenishment, forecasting, and data integrity, while also contributing to projects that drive continuous improvement.

You’ll take ownership of your category, working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across the organisation. As the first point of contact for our major customers, your ability to build strong relationships and respond quickly will be critical to success.

This is a hybrid role, alternating weekly between working three days onsite at Bega Group’s Docklands office and Coles HQ in Hawthorn East, with two days remote from home.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the replenishment function for major customers, including placing orders and monitoring automated system-generated orders

  • Monitor stock levels to ensure consistent supply, meet inventory targets, and prevent out-of-stock (OOS) situations

  • Communicate stock issues and supply network changes clearly and promptly between Bega and customers

  • Achieve customer KPI targets by following replenishment guidelines and purchasing policies

  • Balance stock levels against forward demand, including baseline sales, promotional activity, seasonal fluctuations, and major events

About you

  • Experience in vendor replenishment and/or supply/demand planning

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and Excel

  • Experience in FMCG supply chain environments, particularly inventory and order management

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused mindset and positive attitude

  • Enjoy autonomy in your work while being a reliable team player when it counts
