The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead the safe and efficient delivery of water and sewer assets. In this role, you will manage the execution of capital projects from detailed design through to commissioning and handover, ensuring our customers receive the highest value for money through cost-effective and sustainable solutions.

Your key responsibilities
- Project manage the detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover of water and sewer infrastructure projects
- Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, design partners and construction partners
- Collaborate with key external stakeholders including members of the public, councils and government departments
- Lead all aspects of project delivery including providing timely project status and financial reports
- Contribute to team and process improvements
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive value for customers by managing project costs and ensuring long-term asset performance
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience managing infrastructure or utility projects (water industry experience highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective outcomes
- Qualification in engineering
