Role Description

We are seeking a Construction Program Manager L1/L2 to support the DCD Area by carrying out on-site activities in the Hortolândia – Campinas area that ensure effective control of project execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver mission-critical projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule, chair, and record minutes of client and project meetings, keeping all teams informed.
  • Provide weekly reports on project scope, budget, schedule, and contract issues.
  • Liaise with clients, professional teams, and contractors to establish and monitor project processes.
  • Maintain and update the Project Risk Register, implementing and tracking mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate and monitor commissioning activities, ensuring plans, tests, and documentation are complete.
  • Oversee Practical Completion documentation, manuals, and handover activities.
  • Manage General Contractor deliverables, including schedules, RFIs, submittals, and O&M manuals.
  • Support integration planning and coordinate DC Operations’ involvement in installation, commissioning, and snagging.
  • Ensure compliance with site access, security, and operational processes during and post-turnover.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management or similar responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Data Centers or Mission-Critical project experience preferably 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
